Quality: Consistent with the ‘Cost’ and ‘scheduling’ objectives, we aim to deliver the Project ‘Product’ as desired by the Client and in accordance with contract requirements and Specifications, the best quality product. The Project Execution Plan outline the procedure for controlling cost, schedules and various functions of how the work will be coordinate and managed.
